1. Our Services

Wealth Capital Enterprises LLC provides financial education, coaching, and workshops designed to help individuals, families, and business owners build financial confidence. Our content is educational in nature and is provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

4. Consultations and Scheduling

When you book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information and to attend at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a consultation at our discretion.

5. Payments

Where programs or services require payment, the applicable fees, billing terms, and refund policy will be presented to you before purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with the programs you select. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a program has begun.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Wealth Capital Enterprises

When you opt in to our SMS service, you can expect to receive text messages related to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, customer care, and educational updates from Wealth Capital Enterprises.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 888-491-2849. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or +1 888-491-2849.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, and message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Our Services provide education and guidance only. Results depend on many factors, including your own effort, circumstances, and decisions. Wealth Capital Enterprises does not guarantee any particular financial, business, or performance outcome.
